God bless all my nurses and CNAs for the excellent care they provided to me while I was at Northampton Post Acute! I will be back to visit my friends because I’m so grateful for them – LuLu, Zach, Erin, and Ceara.
Mom fell on Christmas Eve, so at 88 years old a fractured pelvis and hand could be devastating. The therapy and nursing team are amazing – I was so worried that she wouldn’t make it home this time, but they made it possible. She is coming back home with me this week. She was even able to enjoy a little PT and OT when her great granddaughter visited too! Thank you for everything to help her heal.
My mom was at St. Luke’s Anderson and then came to Northampton Post Acute for rehab. We are above and beyond very pleased with the facility. It feels like home when you walk in. I can’t express how clean the facility is and how wonderful all the staff are. I would recommend my friends and family to come to Northampton if they needed rehab or any other care.
I was admitted to St. Luke’s Anderson due to a fall. I was told that I would need rehab, so I came to Northampton Post Acute. While I was here, I received excellent care from the nurses and aides. I want to thank Michelle and Cheryl in the therapy department for their excellent work. Thank you!
My four awesome friends, Carol, Lizzy, Mel, and Annie go so above and beyond for me and everyone else in the facility…love ya all!
All the staff have been very kind and helpful, especially nurse Lulu! The evening nurse, Zach and Nurse Steve have both been very nice. Tracy, the night nurse is great! Therapy helped me to be able to do things independently – Brianna, Kevin, Corey, and Michelle. Brianna helped to show me exercises to help after my carpal tunnel surgery. I loved that they gave me printouts so I could continue my exercises at home. Rehab was good here! I would come back if needed. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing rehab care!
I was at St. Luke’s Bethlehem for two weeks and I was told that I needed to go to rehab. They sent me to Northampton Post Acute, since they can do my peritoneal dialysis. I was on the rehab floor for therapy and my experience was great! The unit manager, Ceara, was helpful and the nurse, Rocio, was very nice. My overall stay there was fantastic, and I would definitely come back if I needed to. I would recommend Northampton Post Acute to friends and family! Thank you.
After my stay at St. Luke Anderson, I came to Northampton Post-Acute for rehab. I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff at the facility for everything they did for me! I couldn’t have chosen a better place to come for rehab. Even the food was very good! Your facility will always be my choice place to return. Sincerely,
My mom has been at Northampton Post Acute for over a year now. It was the hardest decision we had to make as a family. At the time, she was only 79 years-old and had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s dementia. From the very first day here, everyone has been an absolute blessing to her and our family. Her nurse aides are exceptional, and they do more than we ever could have hoped for. They are all amazing and you can see how much they genuinely care for my mom. They always make sure she is dressed and looking so pretty. The activity crew is wonderful, always so happy, and cheerful with smiles on their faces. They do a great job keeping my mom focused as much as they can. We are so thankful for Northampton Post Acute, and our family now calls Northampton “Mom’s Place”. — Sincerely, Family of Barbara Murray
I came from St. Luke’s Easton; they wanted me to go to a facility for short term rehab and mentioned that Northampton Post Acute does peritoneal dialysis at their facility. I was impressed with the whole facility and my experience was only positive throughout my stay. I’m very thankful to the therapy team because when I came, I couldn’t even walk, and they were able to get me back on my feet walking again. I would recommend Northampton Post Acute to my friends and family!
I want to thank the nursing staff at Northampton Post Acute for doing such a wonderful job taking care of me. This place is comfortable and made me feel like I was at home with family, every day was filled with smiles and laughs. Lulu, Erin, Mel, Zach, and Dawn did an excellent job. I want to say thank you to the best therapy team. They were very good, thorough, and taught me to get back on my feet. Therapy made me stronger and made me believe in myself. I love them for that.
Robert came from St. Luke’s Allentown Hospital for some short-term rehab. We were impressed with the whole facility and experienced only positivity throughout his stay. The nurse’s aides were attentive and friendly. Robert happily walked around the unit and was seen dancing to music playing near the nurse’s station. I spent a lot of time here and observed housekeeping continuously cleaning the whole facility. I noticed the seasonal décor inside and out, the smallest of efforts that made a big difference. This place is amazing, I have already recommended it to others. Down the line, we would return if needed. We’re from Allentown and it was worth the time to travel. Sincerely, Robert Spangler and Kathy Hunsicker.
I had a 6 day stay at St. Luke’s Anderson Hospital in isolation before I came to Northampton Post Acute. One nurse stood out because of her attitude and greatness, and overall made me feel good. She was always smiling, laughing, and took the time to talk with me. Lulu is a wonderful nurse. My favorite aide Theresa even gave me a hug goodbye to wish me well. She was so nice that every time she was on duty, whether she was my aide or not, she checked in on me. When I was ready to go home, Physical therapy helped me realize that everyday chores like doing the dishes, laundry, and walking around the house would continue to make me stronger. I couldn’t rave more about the hospitality during my stay. I’m thrilled that I was able to dance my way out.
I live in Bethlehem Township and normally I use a walker at home. I fell and had to use my Life Alert and ended up at St. Luke’s Anderson Hospital. When the doctor said I needed rehab I returned to Northampton Post Acute for a 2nd time. The physical and occupational therapy team is great. Stephen is an all-around good guy and has gotten me to do more things than I could dream of doing again. He tells me what to do and I have been putting in the work by doing everything he says. He really knows his stuff. So far, he has walked me further than I did before coming here. This is my longest stay here and I’m getting closer to being ready to go home and looking forward to sitting in my recliner. I would recommend Northampton Post Acute; the caring staff go above and beyond and have helped me with everything.
To the staff and administration, we truly appreciate all you have done for our mother, Florence Lahr, while she was a resident at Northampton Post Acute. Your caring attitude and friendliness made her feel comfortable and welcome. She loved talking to people and playing bingo. She was very fortunate to have had the care and friendships while she was there. Again, we thank you very much!!!
I went into the hospital at St. Luke’s Anderson due to a head on car crash. I was there for a week when I was told that I had to go to short-term rehab. I came to Northampton Post Acute, and from the time I arrived my stay here was fantastic. The nursing staff was 100% on top of my treatment plan. The therapy team was incredible, caring, knowledgeable, and demanding in a good way. They treated me professionally. As a result of the therapy that I received from the time I came to the facility to now, I can stand and get around to where I am able to go back home to Belvidere, NJ. I would absolutely return if I needed to come back in the future. I will most definitely recommend your facility to anyone looking to rehab.
I was at St. Luke’s Bethlehem for 5 days and then came to Northampton Post Acute. This was my 5th time here and my husband has been here 3 times. We love this place and chose to return for short-term rehabilitation. The rehab department is amazing and does a wonderful job getting us back on our feet. I want to mention the nurses and CNAs. They are fantastic people, treated us very well, and are extremely caring. During our stays we have built lasting relationships. Mel is our favorite nurse on Med Bridge. We enjoyed the meals and JJ in the kitchen remembers on every stay that we like soup with our lunch and dinner. The rooms here are spacious and to our liking. I just want to take the time and thank everyone here for all your help. I want to let you all know that you take care of what needs to be done when it comes to rehab. Keep up all your dedication. Thank you!
I came from St. Luke’s Allentown for rehab. The physical therapy department was wonderful, went over and beyond to help him to walk after laying in a hospital bed for two weeks. I am very pleased that I can take him home and care for him myself. I also liked the fact that Northampton Post Acute was close to my home so I didn’t have to drive far. I would also want to thank all the nursing staff from day shift to night shift for all that they have done for my husband. They were all kind and respectful. One last thing is I want to thank the SS department and the admissions department for all they did for me. They were very respectful and kind. I will be sure to recommend Northampton Post Acute to anyone that needs any kind of assistance for rehab. Thank you, The Cuccioffo Family
I came from St. Luke’s Monroe to Northampton for rehab. When I came to the facility, I couldn’t walk well and now I’m walking 200ft. I am therefore very pleased with all the dedication, encouragement, respect, patience that I received from the therapy department. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I want to mention all the nursing staff for all their hard work and dedication that I received from them and their incredible assistance. They were all very respectful and polite. If I ever needed to come back for rehab, your facility would be my number one place of choice. I also want to mention to the Administrator, the Director of Nursing, that they have incredible staff employed here. Keep up the good work. Thank you!
I went to Lehigh Valley Hecktown Oaks Hospital for a knee replacement. I was told that I needed to go for rehab, that’s when I went to Northampton for rehab. The care from the 3-11 aides was wonderful. My nurse Kim on 7-3, I can’t say nothing but the best care from her. She was wonderful. The PT and the OT were also wonderful. I have nothing but good things to say about them. My overall stay there was great and if I had to come back, I would choose Northampton Post Acute. They would be my number one place to go. Thank you for all you have done for me. I would recommend your place to anyone that needs care or rehab. Thank You!
